Addzyme 125® is a blend of food grade enzymes brought by ‘Advanced Enzymes’ to improve the overall properties of bread in an easy-to-use tablet form. it has active ingredients of proprietary enzyme blend and comes in effervescent tablet form whichs readily soluble in water. Addzyme 125® acts on the flour components such as, starch, fibers and proteins to improve the flour characteristics and get desired volume, color, texture and taste.

One Addzyme 125® tablet is recommended to be applied for 50 to 70 kg flour. this however is only indicative, we recommend best result that bakers carry out bench scale bake tests using Addzyme 125®, before making any baking recommendations.

Working Principle

Use Guidelines with Dose

One Addzyme 125 tablet is recommended to be applied for 50 to 70 kg flour. This however is only indicative, we recommend that bakers carry out bench scale bake tests using Addzyme 125, before making any baking recommendations.

Safety and Handling Precautions

Enzymes are proteins, Inhalation of dust or aerosols may induce sensitization and may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes upon prolonged contact. Avoid unnecessary contact with the product and inhalation of any aerosols or dust particles. In case of spillage or contact with the eyes or skin, rinse the affected area promptly with plenty of water.

All spills, however minor, should be removed immediately. Use respiratory protection, major spills should be carefully shoveled into plastic-lined containers. Minor spills and remains of major spills should be removed by vacuum cleaning or flushing with water (avoid splashing) and wash contaminated clothes. Process of addition of Addzyme 125 Tablet in 50kg, 75kg and 100kg flour

And take 2 ml from it and add to 1 kg flour
For 2 kg flour If tablet to be added in 2 kg flour 1 tab dissolved in 100ml water
and take 4 ml from it and add to 2 kg flour.
For 10 kg flour If Tablet to be added in 10 kg flour 1 Tab dissolved in 100ml water
and take 20 ml from it and add to 10 kg flour.

Addzyme 125 1 Tab in 75 kg flour 1 Tab dissolved in 100ml water.
add this 100 ml water to 75 kg flour
For 1 kg flour If 1 Tab to be added in 1 kg flour 1 Tab dissolved in 100ml water.
add this 1.4 ml water to 1 kg flour
For 2 kg flour If tablet to be added in 2 kg flour 1 tab dissolved in 100ml water
and take 2.8 ml from it and add to 2 kg flour.
For 10 kg flour If Tablet to be added in 10 kg flour 1 Tab dissolved in 100ml water
and take 14 ml from it and add to 10 kg flour.
